When you refer 3 people to our clinic and they complete their first visit, you’ll receive a FREE adjustment as our thank-you.
For New Patients:
Coming in with a referral card? Take advantage of our New Patient Offer for just $100, which includes:
A comprehensive doctor consultation
Necessary X-rays
Your first adjustment

Terms & Conditions
For Referrers:
You’ll earn one free adjustment for every three referred patients who complete their first visit.
Free adjustments must be redeemed within 3 months of earning them.
Referrals must be new patients who have not visited ND Wellness before.
For New Patients:
The $100 New Patient Offer is valid only for individuals presenting a referral card at their first appointment.
This offer includes a doctor consultation, X-rays, and one adjustment.
Payment is required at the time of service and cannot be combined with insurance or other offers.
ND Wellness reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time.
